Terms and Conditions of Sale:
- All ReWIND second-hand instruments are prepared and serviced before being displayed in our Paris showroom and on our website selmer.fr.
- Saxophone: disassembly, cleaning, re-padding, replacement of springs, replacement of the neck cork (re-finishing for silver instruments).
- Clarinet: disassembly, cleaning, re-finishing of keys, re-padding, replacement of springs, replacement of 4 corks.
- Instruments are sold without mouthpieces or cases. Clarinets are supplied with a barrel.
- We offer trials in our Paris studios by appointment only, in compliance with all hygiene standards, or direct delivery to your home.
- Shipping is scheduled within two weeks of purchase to allow for a final inspection of the instrument.
- International delivery. Delivery costs = €19.90 within the EU; €99.90 outside the EU.
- A one-year warranty is included in the price (excluding surface condition and cracks).
- 14-day withdrawal period after receipt of the instrument. Return fees are at the charge of the client.

Les instruments d’occasion REWIND sont tous préparés et révisés avant toute présentation dans notre Showroom parisien et sur notre site selmer.fr.
- Saxophone : démontage, nettoyage, re-tamponnage, changement des ressorts, changement du liège du bocal (ré-avivage pour les argentés).
- Clarinette : démontage, nettoyage, ré-avivage des clés, re-tamponnage, changement des ressorts, changement des 4 lièges.
Achat et livraison
- Les instruments sont vendus sans bec et sans étui. Les clarinettes sont fournies avec un baril.
- Nous proposons l’essai dans nos studios parisiens uniquement sur rendez-vous et en respectant toutes les normes d’hygiène, ou l’envoi directement à votre domicile.
- L'expédition est prévue dans un délai de 2 semaines après l'achat afin de réaliser une ultime vérification de l'instrument.
- Livraison internationale. Frais de livraison = 19,90€ en UE ; 99,90€ hors-UE.
Garantie & retours
- Une garantie d'un an est comprise dans le prix (hors état de surface et fentes).
- Délai de rétractation de 14 jours après réception de l'instrument. Frais de retour à la charge du client.
