Also a clarinettist, he began his musical career at the head of a jazz quartet and performed in France and abroad. Winner of the Sidney Bechet prize from the Jazz Academy, Christian has played with great musicians such as Claude Luter, Maxim Saury, Claude Bolling, Milt Buckner, Jo Jones, Buck Clayton and Sergio Mendes...

Actor (theatre, cinema and television), Christian has worked with Jean-Christophe Averty, Jean-Laurent Cochet, Nadine Trintignant, Jean Marbeuf, Edouard Molinaro, Pascal Thomas.

Radio (Europe 1, RTL, RMC) and television host (TF1, France 2, France 3, La Cinq), he joined Radio Classique in 2010, where his show has been a real success since its creation. Every day, in Tous Classiques, Christian shares with his listeners an elegant and varied musical morning, in a convivial atmosphere.

His favourite composers range from Albeniz to Ravel, from Wagner to Elgar, Duke Ellington, Irving Berlin or Leonard Bernstein, among others... Among his favourite classical works are Gustav Holst's The Planets and George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue.

Finally, several of his albums have been gold and platinum records; the latest Blue indigo has just been released by Naïve.

Passionate and showman, Christian seduces a large audience with his very personal clarinet sound.
