Saxophonist, Conductor, Founder and Vice President of the "Eurasian Saxophone Association", founder and Artistic Director of the "Imperialis" Chamber Orchestra in Moscow, Taras Gusarov was born in 1989 in Perm, USSR. He combines several musical styles such as Classical and Jazz in his work. He also is an active participant of the international "Diaghilev Festival".
Since 2014 he has been a guest artist of the MusicAeterna Orchestra under Theodor Curentzis. For 4 years of the existence of EAS, Taras Gusarov, together with the President of the Association Nikita Zimin, conducted about 20 creative workshops and master classes on the territory of the Russian Federation, in which over 1,500 saxophone performers took part.
