Kévin Galy began playing the clarinet at the Pamiers music school in Ariège (France). He soon joined the wind band and developed a passion for ensemble music.
During his studies at the Toulouse and Paris conservatoires, he worked with Elsa Centurelli and Franck Amet, as well as with soloists such as David Minetti and Paul Meyer. In 2016, he joined Philippe Berrod ‘s clarinet class at the Paris Conservatoire (CNSMD), where he will obtain his Master's degree in 2021. During his studies, he founded theEvasio Ensemble, a wind quintet with which he obtained a Bachelor's degree in chamber music in 2018 and entered the Master's programme in chamber music in 2021. An orchestral enthusiast, he plays with the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, the Orchestre de Paris and the Orchestre National de France under Tugan Sokhiev, Daniel Harding and Santtu-Matias Rouvali.
Since May 2018, he has been second clarinet soloist with the Orchestre de chambre de Paris.
