Harlinson Lozano Santibañez is a Colombian saxophonist, musical director, producer, and composer. He is one of the most versatile and recognized figures in contemporary Colombian music.

As director, producer, and composer of the group Espiral7, Harlinson Lozano Santibañez leads a project that explores the sounds of Colombian Pacific folklore, jazz, and Latin music, establishing himself as a reference in the fusion of genres.

Throughout his career, he has participated in productions and projects that have won two Latin Grammy Awards and contributed to three other nominations, consolidating his place on the international scene. He has been musical director, saxophonist and backing vocalist for the legendary Leonor González Mina, “La Negra Grande de Colombia”, and for seven years was a key member of the group Herencia de Timbiquí, with whom he won important awards, including the Gaviota de Plata (Silver Seagull) at the Viña del Mar International Song Festival (Chile, 2013).

He has completed 34 international tours, bringing Colombian music to stages in Europe, the United States, Africa, Central America, South America, and Dubai.

His versatility has allowed him to participate in recordings alongside world-renowned artists such as Cesária Évora (on her posthumous album), Thalía, Diego El Cigala, Alfonso Córdoba "El Brujo," Carlos Vives, Los Hermanos Lebrón, Juancho Valencia, Puerto Candelaria, Yuri Buenaventura, Grupo Bahía, and Esteban Copete y su Kinteto Pacífico, among others.

On stage, he has shared the stage with icons of Latin and world music such as Andy Montañez, Larry Harlow, Alberto “El Canario”, and was the only Colombian invited to join the orchestra of maestro Bobby Valentín during his historic return to Colombia. He was also a member of the core orchestra of the Tamborimba Festival, accompanying masters such as Robbie Ameen, Antonio Sánchez, Alex Acuña, Luisito Quintero, Víctor Mendoza, and Óscar Stagnaro.

Harlinson holds a bachelor's degree in music from the Universidad del Valle (Cali, Colombia), with a specialization in saxophones (soprano, alto, tenor, baritone), clarinet, and flute, distinguishing himself in genres such as salsa, Latin jazz, and Colombian folk music.

Harlinson Lozano Santibañez plays Henri SELMER Paris Super Action 80 Serie II Sopranino and Mark VII Tenor saxophones.
