Briac Lardeux
Briac Lardeux, an accomplished musician and renowned teacher, he combines artistic excellence with a talent for teaching.
Trained at the conservatories of Rennes and Nantes, he obtained a DEM in clarinet, a Prix de Perfectionnement with honors, a Diplôme d’État (Pont Supérieur de Rennes) and a Diplôme de Musicien d’Orchestre (CFMO de Paris).
A member of the Orchestre Symphonie Mosaïque and the Chalumeau Quartet, he also performs as a soloist and collaborates with renowned ensembles such as Sinfonia Varsovia, the Mannheim Chamber Orchestra, and the Scoring Orchestra de Paris.
Former principal clarinetist with the Musique des Transmissions de Versailles and the Ostinato Orchestra, he has performed on prestigious stages such as France Musique, La Folle Journée de Nantes, and the Philharmonie de Paris, notably alongside Cerrone, under the direction of Randy Kerber.
His expressive and refined playing has led him to collaborate on numerous recordings for advertising, video games, and cinema—notably as principal clarinet on the soundtrack of the film En Fanfare (2024), praised for its fine orchestration and rich timbres.
He also participated in the recording of the soundtrack for the film Chasse Gardée 2 and an album alongside the singer Coretta.
