A simple and fast procedure
To take advantage of this offer, you must activate it no later than one month after purchase. We advise you to do this as soon as possible.
- When purchasing your instrument at your retailer's, please keep your purchase invoice (mentioning the instrument model, the seller's contact information and the date of purchase).
- Follow the steps by filling out the online subscription form.
- After validation of your file, our partner Verspieren will send you by e-mail the insurance contract within 15 days.
In the event of a claim, all you have to do is fill in the dedicated form and return it to musique@verspieren.com with the supporting documents (purchase invoice, repair estimate, complaint in the event of theft). The insurance will pay within 48 hours the totality of the repairs on estimate or the compensation of the instrument if not repairable or stolen.
