Clari-sax Festival: see you in Mexico in November!
Competitions
In 2022, the festival organizes the First Pan-American Clarinet Competition "Luis Fernando Luna Guarneros". It is open to clarinetists from any country in Latin America, the United States and Canada, born after October 30, 1992. The finalists will be accompanied by a string quartet and the pieces will be performed in their entirety.
- 1st Prize: Privilege Bb Clarinet Henri SELMER Paris and accessories
- 2nd, 3rd, 4th Prize: Clarinet accessories
On the saxophone side, this will be the second Pan-American Classical Saxophone Competition "Henri Selmer Paris", also for musicians from the American continent. The finalists will play the pieces in their entirety, accompanied by a pianist.
- 1st Prize: Supreme alto saxophone Henri SELMER Paris and accessories
- 2nd, 3rd, 4th Prize: Saxophone accessories
Masterclass et Concerts
The festival proposes masterclasses, conferences and concerts with the clarinetists Manuel Hernandez and César Yéscas (Mexico), but also with the saxophonists of the Morphing Quartet (France), Carlos Ordonez (Spain), Jorge Puma (Peru) and Arodi Martinez (Mexico).
Martin Deutsch, saxophone technician at the Henri SELMER Paris showroom, will also be on hand to tune your instruments and chat with you!
