B-flat Tenor Saxophones

“Reference” is a new Selmer Paris concept which combines acoustic or ergonomic characteristics of several famous previous Selmer Paris models with the qualities of today’s top design and manufacture. The “Reference 36” features a rich, open tone, in the tradition of “Balanced Action” first released in 1936.
The 'Reference 54', more centered than the 'Reference 36', is inspired by the design of the famous 'Mark VI' made from 1954 onwards.
E-flat Baritone to low A Saxophones
The 'Super Action 80 Series II' baritone offers excellent consistency of sound over the whole register, without break-up between low and high notes. It develops a particularly warm and mellow tone.
The 'Series III' baritone is a very well tuned instrument, rich in overtones, consistent over the whole register with fluid transfers. This instrument with a warm tone 'unfolds' a centered, flexible and subtle sound.
B-flat Bass Saxophone
