Hiroshi Hara

Presentation:
    Hiroshi Hara graduated from TOKYO MUSIC & MEDIA ARTS SHOBI and completed the Graduate Course of Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. In 1996 he won first prize of the 13th Japan Wind and Percussion Competition. In 2002 he won first prize of the Competition International Adolphe Sax.. Since 1997, he has been active as a soloist in Tokyo and in Hokkaido, and all the performances have earned high reputations. He has performed concertos with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra and Orchestre Royal de chambre de Wallonie. He studied the saxophone with Yoshiyuki Hattori and Kazuo Tomioka. He currently teaches at the SENZOKU GAKUEN College of Music and TOKYO MUSIC & MEDIA ARTS SHOBI.
